1. Introduction
Welcome to RNK Courier Services. By using our independent courier assistance and logistics coordination services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms.
2. Scope of Services
RNK Courier Services operates strictly as an independent service provider facilitating parcel drop-offs, administrative processing, and logistics coordination. We are not a shipping carrier and are not liable for transit delays, losses, or damages caused by the third-party couriers once packages are endorsed.
3. User Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for ensuring that all declared item details (weight, dimensions, content) are accurate and comply with Philippine law. Illegal, hazardous, or prohibited materials will not be processed.
4. Payment of Fees
Our service fees are distinct from the actual shipping fees charged by carriers unless explicitly stated in a consolidated billing arrangement. Payments must be cleared prior to processing.
5. Limitation of Liability
RNK Courier Services limits its liability strictly to the value of the service fee paid for our processing assistance. We do not insure the contents of the parcels.
1. Data Collection
We collect necessary personal information including sender/recipient names, addresses, contact numbers, and payment details to facilitate logistics coordination.
2. Use of Information
Your data is used strictly for processing shipments, issuing receipts, customer service communication, and complying with regulatory requirements. We do not sell your data to marketing third parties.
3. Data Sharing
We share required shipment data with third-party courier providers (the actual logistics companies) and payment gateways (e.g., PayMongo, GCash) to fulfill the requested transaction.
4. Data Security
We implement appropriate technical measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction in compliance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012.
1. General Rule
Payments for completed courier assistance, processing, and digital service fees are generally non-refundable once the service has been rendered or the administrative processing has started.
2. Eligible Refund Cases
Refunds will only be reviewed and considered under the following circumstances:
- Duplicate payments for the same transaction.
- System errors resulting in failed transactions where funds were deducted.
- Cancellation requests made before any processing or coordination has commenced.
3. Claiming a Refund
To request a refund review, please contact RNK Courier Services at support@rnkcourierservices.com within 3 days of the transaction. Provide your transaction reference and proof of payment. Approved refunds may take 5–10 business days to reflect depending on the payment provider.
4. Third-Party Carrier Issues
Refunds for damaged or lost items during transit must be filed directly with the respective carrier. RNK Courier Services only refunds the administrative assistance fee if we failed to perform our coordination duty.
